Digital strategist specializing in innovation, marketing and the integration of artificial intelligence into business processes.
She has been working in marketing and innovation since 2015, and has been studying AI since 2017, before the hype.
In 2025, she founded BeAIstudio, dedicated to generative AI and the intersection of different disciplines, with international recognition: exhibitions in places such as Times Square, San Francisco and London, and publications in industry magazines.

Software architect and developer specializing in the design of business management systems, platforms and complex integrations.
For more than 20 years, he has worked with companies and SMEs to create tailored solutions, with a focus on UX and improving workflows.
His work always starts from the same point: understanding how the people who will actually use the tool work, before writing a single line of code. An approach he brings to every Naima project, from the simplest management systems to the most complex integrations.

The soul before the solution.
In our industry, it is easy to sell promises that are bigger than what can actually be delivered. We have chosen the opposite path: we only sell what we know how to do.
Naima was born from the meeting of two people who are more alike than they thought: precise, averse to superficiality, and convinced that doing good work is non-negotiable.
We do this work because doing it well comes naturally to us, and because it is how we would want to be treated if we were on the other side.
