AI AND INTEGRATIONS

When everyone talks about AI,
but few know where to start.

New AI tools every week, productivity promises, continuous hype. And yet, inside the organization, very little actually changes.

Do you need AI, or is it enough to understand where to put it?

When everyone
talks about AI,
but few know
where to start.

New AI tools every week, productivity promises, continuous hype. And yet, inside the organization, very little actually changes.

Do you need AI, or is it enough to understand where to put it?

AI is not the starting point, but the destination.

We never start with technology. We look at workflows to understand where information stays siloed across different systems, and where manual steps are repeated without adding value.

Only then do we identify where AI could fit in without adding complexity, delivering a real advantage.

Because not every process needs AI.

Because not every process needs AI.

We help you understand where integrations and AI can make a difference.

Letโ€™s talk about your case

  1. Identify the most relevant use cases for your organization.

  2. Integrate AI into the processes and tools you already use.

  3. Connect systems that are currently separate.

  4. Evaluate custom solutions from a make-or-buy perspective.

  5. Make the adoption of new tools sustainable over time.

A practical example

When AI is not the right answer.

A company wanted to forecast its operational needs more accurately (how much to produce, when, based on seasonality and sales trends) and thought it needed to adopt an artificial intelligence tool to do so.

By analyzing historical data and the variables that actually influenced demand, we found that a forecasting model based on statistics and historical trends met the need reliably, without the complexity, costs and implementation time of an AI solution.

From the STRATEGIC map to implementation

We built that model. In this case, artificial intelligence was not needed: it would have added complexity, not value.

Still not sure whether, or where, you really need AI?

Tell us about the context. Letโ€™s look together at where it can make a difference and whether it is really needed.
